Every order is made to your own measurements. We want to make sure you receive a perfectly made outfit up to your standard, in case you are not satisfied with the outcome, we offer you 14 days for your feedback and item return. Email us your order details and the reason why your outfit did not work out. A video call will be scheduled in order to resolve the issue and work towards a satisfying solution. If at the second receipt of the item you are still not satisfied, we offer you the option of choosing between store credit or partial refund with a 5% discount on any new order.
